Mens sana in
corpore sano is a Latin phrase, usually translated as "a healthy mind in
a healthy body". The phrase is widely used in sporting and educational
contexts to express the theory that physical exercise is an important or
essential part of mental and psychological well-being.
But also, teachers of the future
are today’s multifaceted teachers educating and preparing students to meet the
demands of the future, specially with COEDUCATION skills. Teachers of the future will focus less on
testing and more on the teaching skills that place students on a healthy stile
of life: teamwork and communication skills come to mind, because it is
important to incorporate skills that provide equilibrium and reach all learners,
also from Physical Education.
