What a week! I hope all is well with you! This week we feel like a rollercoaster: super fast and with some crazy climbs and wild dips.
This picture (“Moving on my feet”) was designed to help you compare and contrast walking, jogging, running, and sprinting based on each skill's important keys, speed, level, and force.
Although the image provides a side-by-side overview of the four skills, with this picture we can try to compare compare and contrast the differences between each skill. Doing so helps you dive deeper into your understanding of the critical elements and movement concepts that make up each skill.
